John Okemah

Founder & Managing Partner

John brings over a decade of experience in telecommunications and digital infrastructure across developed and emerging markets.

Prior to founding Castel Network Partners, John held roles at VonWin Capital Management, Huawei Technologies, and Boston Consulting Group. His experience includes 5G and fiber network buildouts, distressed and special situations investments, commercial due diligences, operational turnarounds, and digital transformations.

John grew up in Oklahoma City and Seattle, Washington. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in Political Economy and Art History from Williams College.
